About Us : Assembly Works is a Singapore-based corporate services firm providing accounting & tax, corporate secretarial, finance operations, payroll/work pass advisory and business support services to clients across multiple industries and jurisdictions.Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an Accounts Intern to support our Accounting & Finance department.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Assist in bookkeeping and data entry (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journals).
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Prepare basic schedules for financial statements and audits.
- Organise supporting documents and maintain proper filing.
- Assist with corporate tax preparation and IRAS submissions (under supervision).
- Handle simple client queries and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (students welcome).
- Strong interest in accounting and corporate services.
- Proficient in MS Excel; exposure to Xero or QuickBooks is a bonus.
- Meticulous, responsible and willing to learn.
- Able to commit at least 3 months (preferably 6 months).
