Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events with internal and external stakeholders
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for reviews and meetingsPlan and execute event logistics
- • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups
- Manage CRM systems for engagement records
- Conduct desktop research and analysis
- Provide ad-hoc support to the programme team
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and good time management
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
