Construction supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to lead on-site teams, manage daily operations, and ensure project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors to align project progress with the master schedule
• Supervise and lead a diverse team by scheduling, allocating tasks, and managing performance to optimize workforce productivity
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site
• Manage project documentation including daily site reports, material requisitions, and safety logs to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Conduct regular quality inspections to verify workmanship meets technical specifications and client requirements
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin for reporting and client coordination
• Deliver clear instructions and safety briefings in Bengali to the Bengali-speaking workforce
• Utilize basic computer applications such as MS Office to manage digital project documentation
• Adapt to a 6-day work week and shift rotations as required by project schedules
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve site issues promptly and maintain workflow continuity
• Demonstrate resilience and effective communication to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment

• At least 6 to 8 years of solid experience in the construction industry with proven supervisory expertise
