Pasir Ris - Business Development Manager (Spore & Malaysia)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling air compressors to industrial factories, electronics factories, or semiconductor companies in Singapore and Malaysia.

We’ve recently launched a new range of energy-efficient, low-maintenance air compressors and are looking for a dynamic individual to help us market this product and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and strong connections within the relevant industries.

• Office Hours: Monday to Friday
• Competitive Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Performance Incentives
• Preferably holds a Class 3 Driver’s License

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Singapore and Malaysia
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries
• Provide excellent customer support and after-sales service
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in selling air compressors to industrial, electronics, or semiconductor sectors
• Strong industry network and customer base preferred
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
