Job Summary
We are seeking a polished, service-oriented individual to represent our brand and deliver customer experiences aligned with luxury retail standards. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a vibrant showroom environment and are comfortable working weekends.
Job Descriptions
As the first point of contact at Lamitak Studio, you will:
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers, designers, architects, and corporate clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
- Manage showroom appointments and visitor registrations
- Conduct basic product introductions and showroom walkthroughs
- Maintain showroom presentation, ambience, and display readiness
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate closely with Sales team on customer follow-ups
- Track visitor data and prepare engagement reports
- Support branding events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, or showroom environment
- Ex-cabin crew or candidates with luxury retail/showroom experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Mature candidates with strong grooming standards and excellent customer relations skills are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional in presentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-driven with strong attention to detail
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays as part of scheduled shift rotation
- Comfortable to travel between two work locations when assigned
- Experience in interior design, building materials, or related industries will be an advantage
- This role may require standing for extended periods at the showroom
- Additional allowance provided for grooming and clothing
- 5-day work week (Shift based on 44 hours per week).
- Required to work on both Saturdays and Sundays, with generally one Saturday and one Sunday off per month.
