Part Time / Flexi Student Care Trainer

Hougang Ave 1 & 5 | From $11/hr | Working with kids

We’re hiring Junior Trainers to join our student care centre.

• Starting pay: $11/hour
• Performance reviews twice a year (June & December)
• Reviews include rewards, incentives & recognition (yes, even for part-timers!)
• 1-year commitment → eligible for increment & progression to Senior Trainer

• Pick up students from school
• Oversee meal times
• Supervise homework, revision and activity
• Communicate with parents via app
• Provide guidance & discipline

This is student care supervision, NOT tuition.

• 12.30pm – 6.30pm / 7.00pm
• 1.15pm – 6.15pm
• Flexible shifts available if you have other commitments

Minimum: 1 to 3 days / week

• Firm in discipline & classroom management
• Efficient in homework checking & updates
