Education Consultant-Private College - Toa Payoh

Central Region – Near Bugis & Suntec City

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our Postgraduate, Diploma, and Short Courses to prospective students
• Handle student inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
• Provide course consultations, explain program features, fees, and entry requirements
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful enrollments
• Work with marketing and admin teams to support events, campaigns, and roadshows
• Maintain student records and provide excellent after-sales service
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or related industries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to speak and write English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and highly motivated
• Able to work on weekends (with weekday off)
• Familiar with CRM tools and social media platforms is a plus
