Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and issue quotations and other administrative documents.
  2. Key in and process supplier invoices accurately into the accounting system.
  3. Follow up on job status and project progress with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  4. Respond to emails and handle daily correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on project-related matters.
  6. Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.
  7. Update project schedules.
  8. Follow-ups with document submissions.
  9. Provide general administrative support and perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
