System Programmer (Manufacturing Systems)

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Systems Programmer with strong domain knowledge in manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, supply chain, procurement, and logistics. The ideal candidate will serve as a techno-functional leader in the Data Domain, driving system integration, process optimization, and alignment between manufacturing operations and technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and link the computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
• Develop new program or modify existing program to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
• Perform computer programming as tasked and modifies existing computer programmes as and when required.
• Provide necessary support, training and assistance to staffs and users in Coilcraft Singapore, and other SEA plants.
• Design, develop, test, and implement barcode labels according to customers requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug codes, recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements :

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferable from the manufacturing industry.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and understanding how AI can be applied to improve productivity and system capabilities.
• Proficient in C#, Windows Form, and Microsoft SQL Database.
• Possesses web programming skills will be an advantages.
• Able to manage IT projects independently.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• A team player with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to share knowledge with team members.
• Work experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• 5 days work week.
• Transport pick up at Bedok MRT station.
