Electrical Site Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mechanical and electrical (M&E) sector and the ability to effectively lead and manage on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage the daily activities of general construction workers, engineers, and sub-contractors on site.
• Ensure all installation works are executed according to project plans, specifications, and strict quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety toolbox meetings, plan safety training, and enforce full compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Assist in monitoring on-site material usage and coordinate with the administrative and operations teams to prevent project delays.
• Track overall project progress, resolve daily on-ground operational issues, and provide accurate updates to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor with at least 2-4 years of local experience, ideally with a strong background in electrical works.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team-management abilities.
• Solid understanding of local construction safety standards, protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between the workforce on the ground, engineers, and management.
