Warehouse assistant (singaporean only)

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Hi-Ace Contract Services' facility in the Changi South Region. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industries.

• Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming goods and materials
• Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching outgoing orders
• Maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse environment
• Assisting with stock taking and inventory management
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Supporting the overall smooth running of the warehouse operations

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
