Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead GP for the clinic, providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Some understanding or willing to learn to operate CHAS/MediSave/MediShield claims.
- Work closely with the founding partners to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of integrated health programs (e.g. preventive medicine, chronic care, mental wellness, sexual wellness)
- Participate in business development initiatives and decision-making as a shareholder if interested.
- Fully licensed medical doctor in Singapore (with valid SMC registration).
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine, preferably with MMed (Family Medicine) or GDFM.
- Passionate about innovation in healthcare and committed to staying abreast with latest medical knowledge and guidelines.
- Eligible and interested in profit sharing OR share equity ownership.
- Part-time work arrangement with regular morning sessions only (Monday to Saturday).
