What you'll do: Build killer relationships with our biggest corporate clients and turn those connections into serious revenue growth. You'll be the go-to person for strategic partnerships and finding new ways to expand our business with key accounts.
Day-to-day stuff:
- Create engagement strategies that actually work to deepen client relationships and maximize revenue
- Hunt for new opportunities in Supply Chain Financing, Factoring, and other financial products
- Build partnerships that drive innovative solutions and bring in more money
- Get out there and visit strategic accounts regularly - keep them happy and engaged
- Be the main contact when clients need help or have issues to resolve
- Hit your revenue targets for SCF and factoring with strategic customers
- Generate referrals and partnerships to boost cross-sell numbers
- Keep satisfaction scores high across your account portfolio
What we're looking for:
- Someone who takes initiative and spots opportunities before others do
- Obsessed with keeping customers happy and satisfied
- Uses data to make smart decisions and improve performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or something similar
- Solid experience in Corporate/SME banking or financial services
- Supply chain finance and factoring knowledge is a major plus
- Great at communicating, negotiating, and building real relationships
