Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve equipment and process issues at ASEAN production sites.
- Develop and implement systems to optimize production efficiency, including data utilization and vision systems.
- Manage the installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure reliable performance and minimal downtime.
- Provide support for equipment design, modification, and fabrication, focusing on control and software aspects, including electrical hardware and PLC programming.
- Standardize and implement best practices for production equipment and systems organization-wide.
- Conduct market and technology research to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, software engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in PLC programming and proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, VB, and Python.
- Familiarity with image processing, artificial intelligence (AI), or IT-related skills is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for short- and mid-term assignments to production sites and partner vendors across the ASEAN region, Japan, and China.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
