Senior Quantity Surveyor (Corporate)| Up to $6,000 | 5 Days | North-East

• Location: North-East, Tai Seng
• Salary: Up to $6,000

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Quantity Surveyor to manage tender preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration for construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring competitive tender submissions and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review and evaluate tender documents including specifications, drawings, and commercial requirements
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and manpower calculations
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors (local and overseas)
• Compile and analyze quotations, conduct price comparisons, and recommend competitive bids
• Coordinate with internal departments on commercial matters such as insurance and contractual requirements
• Attend site visits and tender clarification meetings with clients
• Estimate indirect project costs including manpower, site establishment, and other expenses
• Prepare unit rates, equipment rates, and cost data for tender submissions
• Assist in preparing tender summaries and supporting documents for management review
• Ensure proposals comply with tender requirements
• Support management during tender negotiations
• Assist Project Managers with variation orders and progress claims
• Prepare subcontract documentation and post-contract documents

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry
• Strong experience in tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender specifications
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost control skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
