Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage OEM contracts, ensuring optimal collaboration with partners and suppliers.
- Develop and streamline factory and manufacturing process flows to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement and monitor cost management strategies to drive profitability and minimize expenses.
- Manage overseas shipping, including handling import documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements across operations.
- Optimize procurement and supply chain strategies to meet business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and operations management within the FMCG sector.
- Solid understanding of import/export documentation and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost management and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of beverage industry operations is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
