Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager (Accounting firm) ($4k to $6k) - Bukit Merah

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of all quarterly and yearly accounting report (GST, unaudited financial statements)
• Preparation of XBRL
• Preparation of tax computation & submission of form C, C/S, C/S Lite
• Ensure firm’s service standards and clients’ reporting deadlines are met
• Maintaining a neat and proper filing system for all accounting and/or taxation reporting documents
• Answer client inquiries regarding accounting and tax matters.
• Perform ACRA e-filings
• Assist in corporate secretary work (incorporation of new companies, striking off, preparing directors/shareholders resolutions and so on)

Requirements:

• Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) status is required.
• Must be aged between 35 and 55 years old.
• Experience in an accounting firm is a must.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting or a related field.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax.
• Knowledge of SQL accounting software is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
