We’re seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and people-oriented Product & Application Specialist to support our growing network of Ortho-K fitters. In this role, you will be the clinical and product expert, offering hands-on fitting guidance, training, and application support.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and product training to optometrists and eye care professionals on Ortho-K lenses
- Assist fitters in selecting, troubleshooting, and optimizing lens fitting
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and 1:1 consultations
- Gather and relay market and customer feedback to internal teams
- Support new product launches and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer success
- Diploma in Optometry
- Fresh graduates are welcome (Ortho-K experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regionally for training and support
- Passionate about improving visual outcomes through specialty lenses
