Job Summary
The Facilities Manager oversees facility operations across all outlets, ensuring maintenance, supplies, vendors, and projects are managed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with operational requirements. The role provides leadership, manages vendors and budgets, and supports audits and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance, repair, and supply needs across outlets.
- Source and review vendor quotations, contracts, and service works.
- Manage contractors and vendors to ensure service quality and cost control.
- Support new outlet openings, renovations, and operational projects.
- Ensure timely completion of works and proper documentation for payment and audits.
- Manage document storage and disposal activities.
- Provide facilities support for events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Lead and supervise facilities staff and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Track and report facilities performance and ongoing works.
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of facilities or operations experience, with supervisory exposure.
- Experience managing vendors, maintenance operations, and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certification in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance is an advantage.
