Hougang - Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and assigned existing customers for gathering insights of their C-Parts requirement to generate sales and qualify leads.
• Handle inbound calls and emails to assist customers with inquiries, quotation and sales conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business growth.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain customer records and update accurate meeting reports of sales activities in CRM software.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

• A-Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the industrial or C-Parts industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets/ KPIs.
