THE POSITION: Merchant Liaison Officer (Part-time)
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Merchant Liaison Officer (Part-time). Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.Good communication skills, attention to detail and integrity are critical for this position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Make collection calls and emails to follow up on outstanding receivables
- Handle billing-related queries from merchants or refer them to the related department
- Chase collection and resolving queries with merchants
- Perform Ad hoc duties as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Good oral and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Fast and independent worker with a high level of integrity
- Proficient in MS Office
- Applicants who are immediate starters or with short notice are highly desirable
