Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our law firm. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, willing to learn, and looking to gain working experience in a legal office environment.Part-time applicants such as return-to-work mothers, mid-career switchers, or students with flexible schedules are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
- Provide administrative support to legal and accounts team
- Perform errands or office supply runs occasionally
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
- Minimum ‘O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Organised, punctual, and able to multitask
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
