- Morning Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm / Sat: 7am - 1pm
- Afternoon Shift: Mon - Fri 3pm - 11pm / Sat: 1pm- 7pm
Our client (MNC) is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and troubleshoot molding processes and perform routine maintenance during production.
- Ensure molding process setting is according to the Molding Data Sheet and set cycle time.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and achieve optimal production output.
- Recommend quality improvements, support the supervisor control scrap and material use and ensure all GMP SOPs are strictly followed.
- Inspect molded parts to meet ISO 13485, FDA, and customer standards, and record process changes and non-conformances.
- Participate in validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new molds and processes.
Requirements:
- NTC or Diploma in any Engineering-related discipline or equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years relevant working experience in plastic parts /or basic injection molding in the manufacturing environment
- Good team player with positive working attitude
