• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm); Saturday (8am – 12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

• Prepare and manage tender documents, including BOQ, clarifications, and unit pricing.
• Monitor and control project finances to keep within budget.
• Handle project administration and documentation, such as interim evaluations, contract variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Source, communicate, and assess quotations from subcontractors based on project needs and schedules.
• Review and negotiate with contractors for cost savings, from initial estimates to final approvals.
• Create detailed work schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the building and construction industry.
• Experience in preparing, evaluating, and submitting tenders.
• Able to work well both independently and in a team.
• Good understanding of local standards and requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
