Executive, Programme - Placement

While the Membership & Engagement PE focuses on the supply side of the program, the Placement PE focuses on the demand side. Hence, when both sides of the system come together successfully, there is a sustainable and long-term impact on the hiring and development of midcareer switchers.

• Manage the sales funnel by owning the customer journey from lead qualification to course enrolment, ensuring seamless handover and onboarding processes
• Drive lead conversion by proactively following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals to secure participant sign-ups for SCALA’s programs
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional SCALA programs to existing clients, enhancing program participation and revenue
• Support marketing execution by assisting in the creation of promotional content, coordinating email campaigns, and managing social media updates to increase program visibility
• Track and report performance by maintaining accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipeline status, providing regular insights and updates to the Program Manager
• Collaborate closely with the Membership & Engagement team to align demand-side efforts with supply-side readiness, ensuring integrated program delivery and long-term impact

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field or higher
• Proven experience in participant onboarding and placement, or program consulting, preferably within education or training sectors
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and interact with midcareer switchers
• Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies to support demand generation efforts
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
