Architectural Drafter [ Construction / Landed Residential ]

Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural construction drawings based on approved designs and consultant instructions.
• Revise and update drawings according to feedback from Architects, PE, and the Project Team.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and M&E drawings to ensure proper integration.
• Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and potential clashes before issuance to site.
• Provide drawing clarification and updates to the site team based on project and site requirements.
• Prepare and compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Maintain proper document control, including drawing filing, version tracking, and timely distribution.
• Support the Project Manager and Project Team with coordination drawings to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven architectural drafting experience in landed residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other drafting software
• Good understanding of architectural construction drawings and coordination
