Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise/Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
Issue sales and purchase order
Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers
Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment
RFQ for new model/ new projects
Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
Other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma Holder
Experience in using SAP is a plus
Sales coordination experiences in electronics manufacturing industry may be advantageous
