BYD by 1826 is a unique fusion of casual-premium dining and automotive retail, offering an exceptional experience for both food lovers and car enthusiasts. As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and streamline our day-to-day operations across our hybrid business model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of the business across both F&B and automotive retail segments.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement operational plans and goals.
• Monitor the performance of internal teams and external service providers to ensure high standards.
• Conduct analytical and operational studies to identify performance improvements.
• Work with teams to improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support and resolve operational issues as directed by management.
• Ensure processes and reports are documented and maintained for traceability.
• Support in applying for government grants where applicable.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the senior management.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in business or finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Analytic tools
• Experience in the automotive and F&B industry will be highly valued.
• Possess a positive working attitude and professional demeanor.
• Well-organized, with the ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
