As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of our company, ensuring every customer interaction is warm, helpful, and memorable.- What You’ll Do
- Engage & Support: Interact with customers via phone and text to resolve enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Solve Problems: Think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Be an Expert: Develop strong product knowledge so you can guide, educate, and recommend the right solutions.

- Who We’re Looking For
- Entry-Level Welcome: No prior experience? Training will be provided.
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in customer service may be considered for Senior roles.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people.
