About the role

The Pup Life Pte. Ltd.' is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media/Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the organization's digital marketing strategy and social media presence to promote our range of high-quality pet products, services and other businesses.

The position is based in Macpherson, Central Region.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to increase brand awareness and reach
Manage and monitor the company's social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
Analyse social media and digital marketing performance metrics to identify trends and optimise strategies
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends and best practices
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in a social media/digital marketing role
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies and best practices
Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
Proven track record of driving social media growth and engagement
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve set goals
Passion for the pet industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of The Pup Life Pte. Ltd.'
