As a Head of Programme (Special Education), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Partnered school leadership in shaping the school’s vision, strategic priorities, and development of a holistic, rigorous, and engaging curriculum aligned to student needs.
• Developed and implemented frameworks to monitor and evaluate instructional programmes, classroom practices, and student progress using data-informed best practices.
• Led the design and implementation of innovative pedagogical and assessment approaches, including school-wide ITP/IEP processes.
• Spearheaded integrated curriculum planning and collaborated with families and allied professionals to achieve positive student outcomes.
• Led cross-functional teams to implement programmes supporting student character development and social-emotional learning.
• Drove professional development initiatives, mentored staff, evaluated performance, and supported teacher selection and induction.
• Fostered a culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation while leading organisation-wide projects and stakeholder partnerships.
• Oversaw planning, budgeting, resource management, and execution of strategic work plans to ensure alignment with school priorities.
• Undertake any other relevant duties as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities is an added advantage.
