Customer Service Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our Customer Service Team. This role focuses on data creation, entry and documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations by handling customer inquiries.

• Assist in data creation, data entry and maintenance of customer jobs and records in internal system
• Support Customer Service team in processing orders, service requests, and related documentation
• Handle basic customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms in a prompt and professional manner, and direct them to the relevant personnel when required
• Provide administrative support, including filing, document preparation and report generation
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data entries and records
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer service operations
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the team

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience (courier/logistics industry an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
• Working Location: Redhill
• Salary Range: $2,300-$2,500 depending on experience
