Junior Account Assistant (Entry Level are welcome) | S$1600 – S$2200 + VB + AWS

Working location for both position: Yishun
Working hour: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Responsibilities

Match invoices with supporting documents to ensure accurate payment processing
Generate purchase orders to facilitate procurement activities
Prepare payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner
Generate customer invoices & other documentations to support revenue collection
Organize and maintain filing and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Process staff claims accurately and efficiently according to company policies
Provide administrative support to the accounting team to streamline daily operations
