Role Background

As a Brand Ambassador, you play a pivotal role in representing our store and delivering an exceptional customer journey. You'll engage with visitors in a warm and professional manner, offer in-depth product insights, ensure the space is consistently well-presented, and create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on every guest.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests warmly, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure a smooth, memorable shopping journey from start to finish.
• Engage with guests through genuine, personalized interactions that foster trust, loyalty, and lasting impressions.
• Stay well-informed on product features, brand launches, store policies, and promotions to confidently guide guests.
• Handle purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently while minimizing guest wait times through proactive service.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment through regular walk-throughs and attention to detail.
• Promote the Loyalty Program, assist with app usage, and cater to diverse guest preferences and cultural needs.
• Collaborate with teammates, share feedback, and support continuous improvement in service and operations.
• Participate in in-store activities, gather guest feedback, and take on additional responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or guest engagement roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident in using technology, including POS systems and mobile applications
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Dedicated to providing exceptional service and crafting unforgettable guest experiences
