Snr. Digital Marketing Executive - Toa Payoh

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and analytical digital marketer to join our team. This is a key role within the Marketing team, focused on running effective digital ad campaigns and interpreting performance metrics to drive lead generation and conversions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Generate regular performance reports with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to align digital ads with overall marketing strategies, events, and promotions.
• Contribute to SEO implementation and website optimization efforts.
• Support basic website and app content management.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Strong data literacy – confident in reading ad dashboards, spotting trends, and optimizing based on metrics.
• Proficient in managing paid ads on Google, Facebook/Meta, Instagram and others.
• Excellent written English with strong copywriting and editorial skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive team player who is also confident working independently.
