Our client is seeking a Technical Manager - Vending Machines, Chillers & Freezers to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Technical Operations & Troubleshooting: You'll perform hands-on diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for vending machines, chillers, and freezer systems, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Vending Machine Support: Configure and troubleshoot vending machine systems, payment systems, coin/bill validators, cashless terminals, and control boards, resolving dispensing, cooling, sensor, and product delivery issues.
- Chiller & Freezer Maintenance: Diagnose refrigeration system faults, monitor refrigerant levels, handle temperature calibration, and coordinate major repairs and replacement of refrigeration components.
- Team Management & Leadership: Supervise and guide technicians and service personnel, providing technical training and coaching to the maintenance team, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and service standards.
- Preventive Maintenance & Asset Management: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, maintain proper service records, monitor spare parts inventory, and recommend machine upgrades or replacements based on equipment condition.
- Technical Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience in vending machines, refrigeration systems, chillers, or freezers, with strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and refrigeration systems.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership experience in managing technicians or service teams, with problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Able to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals, with knowledge of IoT/remote monitoring systems for vending machines and basic networking and software troubleshooting knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Travel Requirements: Willing to travel for on-site servicing and emergency support.
