Responsibility

Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Ensure timely execution of production activities to meet delivery deadlines and operational targets.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address material shortages, capacity constraints, or operational issues.
Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Coordinate with R&D and relevant departments to ensure timely availability of materials required for production.
Oversee warehouse inventory movements, including receiving, storage, stock transfers, and dispatch activities.
Track inventory accuracy and support effective stock control practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production planning efficiency and warehouse operations.
Analyze planning and inventory data to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization.
Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and supply chain functions to support business objectives.

Requirements

Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics/Materials Management or equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience in production planning/ scheduling using Production Scheduling Software
Candidate must be able to understand Production Speed
