Clinic Assistant
Hougang Full-time
We are a GP clinic located at Hougang St 21.
Candidate should have an interest in interacting with patients, and be skillful with computer work.
Experience is preferred but I will consider those without clinic experience as well.
Responsibilities- The candidate will perform counter duties like patient relations, registration, taking appointments, dispensing medicines and billing, etc.
- Assisting doctor during consultation and minor procedures
- Perform basic clinical procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties when necessary
- Proficient in English and at least one local language for effective communication with diverse patients.
- O-level education and above
- No prior experience is required, but relevant experience is advantageous.
- Availability to commence duties within two months.
- Mon to Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Mon : 6.30pm to 8.30pm
- Tue to Fri: 2.00pm to 4.15pm
- Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays
Work hours can be negotiated if you cannot work all sessions. Monday night sessions are mandatory and not negotiable.
