Legal Counsel (Junior)

Job Descriptions:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements
• Select and manage external legal counsel for complex work
• Collaborate with other business departments
• Managing of IP assets
• Any other responsibilities given by management

Job Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in law, admission to practice in any common law jurisdiction
• Highly resourceful in research.
• Organized and able to handle tasks with conflicting priorities.
• High professional ethics and integrity.
• Sound judgement with critical analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• MS Office literate.
