about the job

As an Associate Director, you will lead the end-to-end execution and placement strategy for complex facultative and facility risks across the Asian and international markets. You will lead the structuring and negotiation of high-level reinsurance risks across property, casualty and specialty lines.

• Oversee the development and ongoing performance management of regional placement facilities and portfolio solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on risk assessment, contract wordings and the preparation of placement documentation.
• Partner with internal brokerage teams and global markets to source capacity and optimize pricing outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure all placement activities align with regional regulatory and governance standards.

• 7+ years of experience in reinsurance broking, ideally with facultative or facilities management experience
• Proven expertise in executing complex multi-market placements within the APAC region
• Deep technical knowledge of reinsurance structures, pricing dynamics and legal contract wordings
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to navigate global market relationships
