My client is a Real Estate group with properties situated regionally with a portfolio of retail asset classes.

Your new role

As part of the lean team here in SG HQ, your role is to work closely with senior stakeholders on all matters relating to investor relations.

The scope of work will include annual report preparation support, fund-raising and additional support across the team.

Here's a snippet of the JD:

• Preparation of SGX presentations with commentaries
• Key support in preparation of general meetings
• Lead investor relationship management, including managing roadshows, fund-raising and due diligence

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of investor relations experience.

Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
