Our client is an established Singapore construction company specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, committed to quality workmanship and professional project delivery and is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Architectural Coordinator (Building/Construction Trade).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing structural and architectural works
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors and all trades
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submissions, and documentation
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, drawings, and TOP requirements
• Conduct inspections, testing, and site coordination meetings
• Support material procurement, contract administration, and project operations
• Liaise with RTO, suppliers, and project stakeholders on site matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in building/construction trade

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Tagore
• Working Days/Hours: 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6.30pm).
• Salary: $5000 basic + variable bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
