Operations Executive (Security Agency – Deployment / Scheduler)

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and deploying security officers to ensure all client sites are fully covered. Ensures smooth daily operations, manpower optimization, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily/weekly duty rosters for security officers
• Ensure all sites are adequately deployed with no manpower gaps
• Handle last-minute changes, absenteeism, and emergency replacements
• Coordinate closely with operations team, supervisors, and clients
• Monitor attendance, shift timings, and overtime
• Maintain accurate deployment records and reports
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and company policies
• Respond to incidents, complaints, and urgent manpower needs
• Optimize manpower allocation to reduce overtime and costs
• Support recruitment team by identifying manpower shortages
• Requirements:
• Experience in Security Agency Operations or scheduling (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent situations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Excel / scheduling systems
• Willing to work shifts / on-call if needed
