Customer Service Executive - Full Time

We're looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.

You will be in charge of attending to customer's emails

Host and reply to all online/media enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Process exchanges, returns and issue credits
Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Customer-orientated and passionate
Ability to solve issues efficiently
Has a high level of professionalism, work ethics and honesty
Meticulous

Requirements:

A strong interest in fashion
Good command of English
Min education: Diploma
Basic Excel Skills required
Able to work independently
Minimum commitment of one year
Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
Will be required to work on weekends
