Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Clerk to support our finance and payroll operations.

This role is suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge who are keen to learn and grow in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

Accurately input daily financial transactions into Excel spreadsheets

Crew Payroll

Assist in the preparation of crew / seafarers’ payroll and reconciliation using payroll software

Administrative Support

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the superior

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education :

Minimum GCE O-Level, with basic accounting knowledge or formal accounting studies

Technical Skills :

Proficient in MS Excel
Comfortable using payroll or accounting software

Attention to Detail :

High level of accuracy and meticulousness in numerical data entry

Organisation :

Able to manage deadlines effectively
Well-organised in maintaining crew / seafarers’ payroll records

Attitude :

Keen learner
Team player with a positive working attitude
