Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Video Generalist Intern to support our in-house Video Team. This hybrid role blends both videography assistance and short-form editing responsibilities—perfect for someone eager to get on-the-ground production experience while also honing their post-production skills, especially in creating reels and motion graphics.

As an intern, you’ll work closely with our videographers, editors, and content strategists to help bring stories to life across a variety of digital platforms. Whether you're assisting on shoots or editing engaging video content, you’ll play a crucial support role in the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in video shoots—helping with setup, lighting, audio, and behind-the-scenes tasks
• Shadow our videographers or content strategists during location shoots and client productions
• Help manage and maintain video and photography equipment
• Comfortable being on camera for simple acting, product interactions, or hand modeling

• Edit short-form content such as reels, motion graphics and highlight videos
• Create simple motion graphics storyboards and animation
• Ensure edits are in line with brand guidelines and visual tone

• Work with editors, videographers, and content strategists on active video projects
• Gather and organise talent profiles and assist in creating job listings when casting is needed
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms for campaign videos or content series
• Respond to feedback and iterate edits with a positive and proactive mindset

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Media, Communications or a related field
• Strong interest in both videography and video editing
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Capcut
• Familiarity with social media trends and editing styles for Instagram/TikTok
• Good eye for visuals and storytelling
• Comfortable working on Mac
• Responsible, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Available to work on-location and in-office when needed

• Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras or DJI Osmo-type devices
• Knowledge of motion design or Canva/CapCut for quick edits
• Photography skills or photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop)
