Our client is seeking an Import Export Assistant to join their team!

Other Information:

Working Day: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday half day)
Working Hour: 8am-5pm/9am-6pm; 8am-12pm (Saturday)
Working Location: 7 Airline Road, E Cargo Agents Building, Singapore 819834
Salary Range: $2800-$3500

What you'll be doing?

Support Import/Export Operations: Facilitate daily import break bulk and assist in preparing shipment documents, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries related to import/export shipments, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Clearance Coordination: Arrange import/export clearances from airport terminals, ensuring smooth transit and compliance with regulations.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing Import/Export permits and clearances, supporting the Import/Export Manager and Supervisors.

Who are they looking for?

Minimum Qualification: At least O level or N level is preferred.
Experience Level: At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding industry handling shipping documents.
