Sales & Service Co-ordinator Job Description :

  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Preparing quotations in time to send to customers, inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Interact with our subsidiaries to co-ordinate spare parts supply, delivery and services on time.
  • Sales administration duties are performed accurately and on time, which include proactive follow-up of quotation, develop, support and prepare sales documentation
  • Other Sales Administrative duties assigned by operation manager time to time and to be completed when necessary.
Skills and Competency
  • Diploma and or Sales Admin related field.
  • Min 1 year of experience in sales industry.
  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator in shipping industry may be advantageous.
  • Team player.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
