• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and deploy functional software prototypes quickly to validate technological opportunities and architectural ideas.
• Architecture Design: Design scalable system architectures and write clean, high-performance, production-quality backend code.
• End-to-End Delivery: Manage automated software deployments to secure cloud infrastructure and ensure systems maintain top-tier uptime and reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction across multiple product teams, setting standard engineering processes and developer operations frameworks.
• Mentorship & Growth: Actively share engineering domain expertise to mentor peer developers and champion high standards of code quality.
• Product Ownership: Collaborate across teams to discover complex technical problems, deciding whether to build custom solutions from scratch or integrate cutting-edge open-source tools.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience building complex, production-ready applications, backed by strong commercial or personal projects.
• Backend Stack Depth: Deep expertise working with modern backend technologies, database design, and integrations (e.g., AWS, MongoDB, Stripe, GitHub ecosystem).
• Abstract Problem Solving: Exceptional skill in solving abstract programming challenges, debugging complex codebases, and optimizing system limits.
• Engineering Communication: Strong ability to talk, reason, and collaborate about complex technical architectures and code designs with other engineers.
• Proactive Execution: Highly self-directed professional who takes the initiative to challenge engineering conventions and drive product iterations without waiting for explicit instructions.
• Continuous Learning: Passionate about diving into unfamiliar technical domains, modern frameworks, and emerging programming languages to solve architecture bottlenecks.
