Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute event strategies to drive venue utilization and revenue growth
- Identify and secure event opportunities across government, corporate, and community sectors
- Deliver impactful and engaging events aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization
- Structure venue hire, sponsorship, and revenue-sharing arrangements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and financial governance
- Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, community groups, sponsors, and vendors
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth event delivery
- Support partnership activations and joint initiatives
- Plan and execute community-focused programmers to drive participation and engagement
- Curate a diverse calendar of events for the community
- Gather feedback and insights to improve future programming
